Cancellation Policy

	All reservation changes are subject to a $50 reservation fee and is included in the price of your stay.
	Holiday reservations fee is equal to a one night booking and is also included in the price of your stay.
	Non-holiday reservation changes made within 14 days of your stay are subject to our reservation fee equal to the first nights rental.
	Cancellations are accepted until seven days (thirty days for holidays) prior to your first day of stay or payment of the entire stay is required. Example of seven-day cancellation: If your reservation were for Friday and Saturday, you would need to cancel before the Friday prior to your stay to not be charged the full amount of the reservation.
