bulletRates are subject to Washington State sales tax.
bulletWe usually have a two night minimum booking with a three night minimum for holidays.  We will take a two night holiday booking a week before the holiday with no extra fee and a last minute one night booking with an additional fee of $50 fee.
bulletAll reservations are subject to a $10 per night reservation fee included in the price of your stay.
bulletAlthough payment is accepted by check only, Visa or MasterCard is used to reserve and may be used for unpaid fees.
bulletThe first nights rental fees are due at the time of booking and the remainder is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
  1. All reservation changes are subject to our non-refundable $10 per night fee for each cabin booked and is included in the total fee.
  2. All holiday reservation changes are subject to our reservation fee equal to the first nights rental and is included in your total fee.
  3. Non-holiday reservation changes made within 14 days of your stay are subject to our reservation fee equal to the first nights rental.
  4. Cancellations are accepted until seven days (fifteen–day for holidays) prior to your first day of stay or payment of the entire stay is required.   Example of seven-day cancellation:   If your reservation were for Friday and Saturday, you would need to cancel before the Friday prior to your stay to not be charged the full amount of the reservation.
