	$329.00 per night. $309.00 per night on three night bookings mid week and one night free on seven night bookings at regular rate non-holiday.

	Non- holidays we have a two night minimum but will take a one night booking the day before you arrive with an additional fee of $50 fee.
	Non-holiday reservations are subject to a $50 reservation fee and is included in the price of your stay. The holiday reservations fee is equal to a one night booking and is also included in the price of your stay. These fees are only charged for bookings that are changed or cancelled.
	Although payment is accepted by cash or check only, Visa or MasterCard credit cards are used to reserve and may be used for unpaid fees.
	The first nights rental fees are due at the time of booking and the remainder is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

All reservation changes are subject to our non-refundable $50 per night fee for each cabin booked and is included in the total fee.

All holiday reservation changes are subject to our reservation fee equal to the first nights rental and is included in your total fee.

Non-holiday reservation changes made within 14 days of your stay are subject to our reservation fee equal to the first nights rental.

Cancellations are accepted until seven days (fifteen–day for holidays) prior to your first day of stay or payment of the entire stay is required. Example of seven-day cancellation: If your reservation were for Friday and Saturday, you would need to cancel before the Friday prior to your stay to not be charged the full amount of the reservation.
