	The first nights rental fees are due at the time of booking.
	Rates are subject to Washington State sales tax.
	Although payment is accepted by cash or check only, Visa or MasterCard is used to reserve and may be used for unpaid fees.

	The balance in full is due 14 days (30 days for holidays) prior to check-in.
	Check in time is after 4 PM.
	Check out time is before 11 am.

Cancellation Policy

	All reservation changes are subject to a minimum $50 reservation fee.
	All holiday reservations changes are subject to a minimum fee equal to a one night booking.

Cancellations are accepted until 14 days (thirty days for holidays) prior to your first day of stay or payment of the entire stay is required.
